insights and aim to help users understand both the positive and negative aspects,
fostering a nuanced perspective.

POSITION

That impact of mobile technology on communication skills could involve promoting


digital literacy education to empower individuals to use technology responsibly.

ISSUE/S

Its reduced face-to-face, distraction and multitasking, miscommunication, dependency


on technology, social isolation. This involves promoting digital literacy encouraging
mindful technology use, and balance between digital and in-person communication to
ensure well-rounded communication skills.
