Department Digital and Artificial Intelligence

Designation Management Trainee (MT)

Internship Stipend INR 50,000 per month

Compensation INR 13,00,000 per annum CTC + INR 3,00,000 as Joining Bonus (Inclusive of
(Full-time employment) 7% Performance Incentive)

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to craft vision and concept development of a product

• Actively collaborate with technical teams, invite them for user-research, remove bottlenecks
• Work with internal and external contacts to analyse needs and align product roadmap to strategic goals
• Work closely with product management/business teams to create and maintain a product backlog according to business value or
ROI
• Keep up with agile/scrum best practices and trends
• Managing the product backlog and prioritizing them based on changing requirements
• Overseeing all stages of product creation including design and development
• Developing user stories
• Monitoring and evaluating product progress at each stage of the process
• Liaising with the product team and end-users to deliver updates
• Participating in Scrum meetings and product sprints
• Share wins and accolades with technical colleagues

Skills & Qualifications

• Understanding of automobile customer lifecycle, understanding of automobile retail mgmt. ecosystem, both offline channels and
digital channels
• In-depth knowledge of Scrum and Agile Software Development Methodology
• Working knowledge of product development architecture
• Proficiency in the use of analytic tools
• Ability to prioritize effectively
• Excellent knowledge of user-centered design principles
• Excellent oral and written communication
• Ability to work with large teams
• Understanding of design quality standards
• Working experience with software product development collaboration tools like JIRA, confluence, MS planner, trello, Asana.
Experience with user research tools and user-testing tools is a plus
• Working understanding of design of experiments (DOE), ability to mine data with SQL/python, generate insights with BI tools

Eligibility
• MBA graduate with Engineering background
• Aged 30 years and below (Male/Female)
• Application will be accepted with eligibility criteria of securing 60% marks throughout education – 10th / 12th / Diploma / UG / PG
all semesters till date
• No history of arrears / backlogs or attempts throughout education – 10th / 12th / Diploma / UG / PG all semesters till date

Joining TVSM for Internship
Internship Stipend:

INR 50,000 per month Support

Joining TVSM
Compensation Package:
5 Day Work Week with all Saturdays are off

INR 13 LPA as annual CTC dependingon project deliverables.

Inclusive of 7 % Performance Incentive
In addition, INR 3 Lakhs Joining bonus which will
be paid upon completion of 3 Years of service with
TVSM.
There will not be any service agreement or bond
payment during the tenure with TVSM.
Work From Home options available for critical
emergencies and personal situations (based on prior
notification/ approval from manager and
HR Business Partner).
Initial Accommodation for 3 days

One-time to-and-fro travel reimbursement

Candidates will start their journey as Management
Trainee (MT) as their designation. Designation will be
subjected to change upon confirmation after 1 Year. TVSM Laptops will be provided for the Internship
duration
