DRAFT CHARGES OF THE RESPONDENT

That you, K. MEERA I.A.S, name of the father and age not known to the
petitioner, REVENUE DIVISION OFFICER, R.D.O. Office, Fort
Kochi, First floor, KB Jacob Rd, Fort Kochi, Kochi, Kerala, Pin: 682001,
even after receiving the copy of the judgment dated 02-08-2023 in WP(C)
25173 of 2023 of this Honourable court you were duty bound to consider
the form 7 application filed Rule 12(1) of the Kerala Conservation of
Paddy Land and Wetland Rules, 2008. This Honourable Court has
disposed directing you to consider and pass orders on Form 7 application
in accordance with law, within a period of three months. That since, there
is willful disobedience on your part in compliance of the order of this
Honourable Court , you have committed civil contempt of court for which
you are liable to be prosecuted under the Contempt of Courts act, 1971
and therefore rendered yourself liable to be proceeded against and
suitably punished in the terms of the provisions of the Contempt of Court
Act, 1971.
