SHORT TITLE AND COMMENCEMENT: (These Rules may be called the Manipur Public Service Commission (Exemption from Consultation) (Amendment), Regulations, 2023. (ii) They shall come into force on the date of publication in the official Gazette. 2. Addition to Regulation 126: - After regulation 125 of Manipur Public Service Commission (Exemption from Consultation) Regulations, 1972, the following regulation shall be added, namely: “126 ~ It shall not be necessary to consult the Commission (MPSC) for encadrement/inclusion of 10 (ten) numbers of ex-cadre posts of SP/CO rank to MPS Selection Grade & its necessary amendment in schedule I of the Manipur Police Service Rules, 1965” as below (Name of Post [1 [Sb (Narcotics & Border Affairs) 2 SP (VIP Security 3 'SP ( Special Investigation Team) 4 | SP CID (Tech) 5 | sp (cerrw) - ‘Senior Staff Officer to DGP SP (Cyber Crime) — ‘8 | SP (Prosecution) 9 'SP (Immigration ‘Commandant (SDRF) By Orders & in the name of the Governor, L.
