1. What is the concept of Adat Law according to Van Vollenhoven?
2. What is the concept of Adat Law according to Ter Haar? What are the differences
between such a concept and the one proposed by Van Vollenhoven? Please explain
it!
3. Please elaborate on some concepts of Adat Law according to some Indonesian
scholars. What are the differences between those concepts and the ones proposed
by the Dutch scholars (Van Vollenhoven and Ter Haar)? Please explain your answer!
4. Regarding the existence of Adat Law within Adat Communities today, do you think
the concepts of Adat Law that you elaborated in the number 1-3 are still applicable
and relevant, especially considering the stipulation of Article 18B section (2) of the
Indonesian Constitution (UUD 1945)? Please explain your argument!
