Hide and seek

Sleeping on top of the water tank I look up into the night sky

Everything above me is covered with clouds some white some black and some grey

This monsoon has clouded our eyes telling us there is no more a night sky

The fresh oceanic winds blow them a little wildly and penetrate through my skin making
me 17 again filling with fresh vibrance

I get a glimpse of a white light suddenly in between the clouds, what is it? is it a
spaceship flying around…

I try to stare at it curiously but more clouds pass over it, teasing me not giving me a
chance to figure it out

The creamy milk haze radiates behind the clouds making me dream while I’m awake

The winds ease the gaps grew bigger I can see the shades of black and blue spots
simultaneously in the sky

Arcturus and Antares tell me hie, hints me the white beauty spot must be shy

I try to focus on it but the clouds sprinkle to cover my eyes, protecting their most
prized possession of the night sky

What is it I wonder playing hide and seek with me and making my heart crazy

I pray to the winds to shove them away but they keep coming and coming endlessly like a
small mountain range

I wait and wait till dawn to catch her glimpse but in vain, the gloom clouds my heart and
I jump, scream, and cry for her to see me once

My endless pursuit melts the god of the sky, seeing the truth in my eyes he clears out
the skies...

The clouds slowly move away to reveal a timeless classic hiding behind them.
Wow!! My depressed face glows with the reflection of her touch

Time and space freeze at this moment, It is perfectly round.

Taking all of the sun’s agonizing fires and giving me only the charming blue chills

Feeling my feelings in the air she blushes... asks me to wait for her and drops into the
cosmic bliss

I say “Yes in this life and next”…

At that sight of hers, I fell in Love and call her my Maa
