a) Introduction. Zong GSM Internet device placed at Club House for Internet
service for marketing Team.
b) Need/ Problem. Marketing team need to change wifi password.

c) Solution. Zong GSM device, its CPE device reset to default setting,
changed wifi name and password.

d) Status. Ongoing monitoring ensures continued functionality.

2. Pro Shop Desktop System.

a) Introduction. Pro Shop system problem, having the blue screen error.
b) Need/ Problem. We are trapshooting the system to find the blue screen error,
and find the SSD was not working properly. SSD drive having problem to transfer
data. (IN / OUT)
c) Solution. We replaced the SSD with HDD and installed new windows 10,
now desktop system working fine.
d) Status. Ongoing monitoring ensures continued functionality.

3. Installation of MS Office and Essential Software:

a) Introduction. This report highlights the successful resolution of an installation
of MS Office and essential software at Pro Shop.
b) Need/ Problem. MS Office and essential software need to be installed at Pro Shop.
c) Solution. The installation has been successfully installed, and MS Office
along with essential software is operational.
d) Status. Ongoing monitoring ensures continued functionality.
4. Installation of ERP Software:

a) Introduction. This report addresses to install DHA ERP software at Pro Shop
b) Need/ Problem. Rumanza ERP software Installed at Pro Shop.
c) Solution. Connecting system through LAN cable, download software from
Shared Folder, download software and installed.
d) Status. Ongoing monitoring ensures continued functionality.
5. Installation of Printer:
a) Introduction. This document outlines the successful installation of printer at
Pro Shop, enhancing printing capabilities to support their operational needs.
b) Need/ Problem. The requirement was to provide the Pro Shop with Colour
printer to facilitate efficient printing tasks and improve workflow within their
responsibilities.
c) Solution. Addressing this need, Colour printer has been successfully
installed, resolving the printing requirement and providing a dedicated printing
resource..
d) Status. Ongoing monitoring ensures continued functionality.

6. Finance Desktop System.

a) Introduction. Mr. Mudasar’s system problem, having the blue screen error.
b) Need/ Problem. We are trapshooting SSD having the deduction problem. (Mr.
Mudasar)
c) Solution. We replaced the SSD with HDD and installed new windows 10,
now desktop system working fine. (Mr. Mudasar)
