    • Share Delegated teacher name in case of leave from duty.


    • Regularly mark your signature and mention clinical assignment (Bedside Presentation, Case Discussion, Ward Teaching, Nursing
    Demonstration, Health Talk, Drug Study, etc.) in teacher clinical record.
    • Share time table of Clinical Assignment as per Date, Student Name, Ward Name & Clinical Supervisor Name.
    • Submit your clinical register daily in office.
    • Make sure completion of clinical record book during clinical duties & take signature on cumulative clinical record on time.
