Part 1

1 The quote by Shakespeare explains the weakest and frail sense of having any control over

time. It has the effects of altering memories that cause objects to deteriorate. Time is

crucial if we do not value it.

2 John F. Kennedy's speech to the United Nations General Assembly means that humanity

must stop a war, or else humanity will perish. The primary purpose is to serve as a source

of inspiration for the country.

3 The Socrates quote reflects on how a representation of people can be classified into two

groups based on how they perceive the world. It affects the men whose primary purpose

in life is to gain material success. The importance of living is not snatching from society.

4 The soldiers are being shot at because cannons surround them. The anaphora successfully

creates the desired effect of a conflict scene.

5 Winston Churchill used an influential figure of speech; he made free use of it when

discussing surviving the threat of dictatorship. The repetition here is dominated by the

most famous and emotional speech section.

6 Gettysburg Address is a brief speech highlighting why the Civil War was fought and

paying tribute to the many men who died. The primary purpose is to present honor in

opening a new national cemetery in Gettysburg.

Part 2

While maintaining a healthy diet and exercising regularly is essential, we frequently forget about

our well-being in the hustle and bustle of our daily life. But I'm challenging you to put your

health first. Make healthy decisions a regular part of your life rather than waiting until you

become ill to take action.

An example of where I used chiasmus is in the phrase "the hustle and bustle" I usually use

chiasmus and anaphora to highlight crucial ideas and convey a more memorable and compelling

message.
