Registration Fees / Security Deposit

02. Security Deposit 20% of total stall amount cost.
Note: Any Taxes Application shall be charges Extra at the time of nal billing.

Payment should be made in favour of DJ's Publication

Payment Schedule
01. At the time of Booking 25 % advance
02. 1st Installment after booking 30 days 25 % of stall amount
03. 2nd Installment within 75 days of booking date 30 % of stall amount.
04. Full & Final Payment before 40 days of exhibition date bal. 20 % of stall amount. & GST Will Extra.
Note: Any Taxes Application shall be charges Extra at the time of nal billing.

Cancellation
Booking once made can be cancelled advance payment less 15 % refund without interested. In case cancellation stall is made
before 30 days of the exhibition start date there is not a single amount refunded.

Standard Facilities
Constructed stall with carpet & exhibitor's name on fascia, One Laminated Table, Two Chair, One Dustbin, Three spotlights, one
5 amp. plug socket for every stall of size 9 sq. mtrs, three exhibitor badges.

Display Area - The display shall be allotted as agreed by both at the time of booking of stall for detail dimension in
each category please refer overleaf of catalogue.
Publicity - The organizer will arrange every nook & corner arrange series of publicity in local news paper, Trade
Magazine, Local T.V. Channel, poster, Hoarding and other effective mass media social network, to give
maximum display in vadodara city.
Payment - Payment should be made in advance at the time of booking of the stall by cheque or transfer by
bank in favour of DJ'S Publication.
Cancellation - Ÿ Booking once made can be cancelled for valid reasons. The received amount will be return
without Interest details are as under.
Ÿ Booking once made within week cancelled 15% loss of total cost of stall amount.
Ÿ Booking once made within 40 days cancelled will be no refund.
Ÿ In case cancellation stall are made before 30 days of the exhibition start date there is not a
single amount refunded & not a transferable.
Ÿ Any Refund will be issue after Exhibition completed with in 90 (ninety days ) without interest

Rules & Regulation

01. The organizer shall reserve all the right to change the oor plan in case necessity
02. Participant will be supported to organizer for any legal liabilities at the time of exhibition.
03. If participant has not paid full amount for exhibitions stall shall not be permitted to occupy exhibition stall.
04. GST TAX will be extra as applicable.
05. The organizer shall not be liable for non execution of fair in unavoidable circumstance like Riot, Flood etc.
06. Extra facilities to suit your requirement would be provided on chargeable basis, & inform before 20 days or
at the time of booking
07. It there will be any levis by Govt. or local Corporation that will be added in estimate point accordingly
with immediate effect.
08. We are not responsible for any damages or loss if anything happen due to nature calamity, Riot or Fires
etc.
09. Payment must be paid full before 30 days of Exhibition Date.
10. All the claim are subject to Vadodara jurisdiction.
11. The organizer shall reserve all the rights.
