    Dear LT & Mcom,

    I would like to request you to allow my substitute for the upcoming


    meeting dated __________
    I understand BNI meetings are equally important & it’s going to be, if
    allowed, my ________ substitute in six months rolling period,
    however I tried my best to postpone the client meeting &/or travel
    plans, but for no avail.

    I am fully aware that BNI allows only three leaves of absence and 3
    substitutes in six months rolling period. Please feel free to mark me
    absent if it is not granted.

    proof.
