The city government of General Santos has lined up a series of activities in celebration of this year’s Kalilangan Festival, the city’s cultural interpretive event to commemorate its 85th founding anniversary. 2. The Kalilangan Festival aims to celebrate the significant contributions of pioneers and their descendants in helping carve a name for General Santos, which is now known as a city that is “home of the champions." 3. __In this connection, the Department of Education, General Santos City, will be participating the Parada ng Lahi on February 27, 2024 at exactly 4:00 o'clock in the morning. Assembly area at will be at Queen Tuna Park. 4. During the consultative conference with the PSDS and Section Unit Heads, the following attire shall be worn by the participants during the Parada ng Labi. 4.1. Moro Attire for Muslim Groups 4.2.
