If the button is not there press “Fll” key so it will show up. When you click one of the three options listed under Paragraph Styles the preset formatting will be applied automatically. To change text just double-click on any text and start typing. Ifyou wish to remove page numbers click on ‘Pages’ button on the right side panel (Press F12 key if you don't see the button), choose A-Master page from the top of the list as shown below.Select the text boxes and delete them.
