Business Continuity Management Policy

Purpose:
The purpose of this policy is to establish guidelines for ensuring that Iamneo Edutech Private Limited
can continue to operate in the event of a disruption to business operations.

Scope:
This policy applies to all employees, contractors, and vendors of Iamneo Edutech Private Limited,
including those who access or use the company's systems, networks, and data.

Policy:
Iamneo Edutech Private Limited must maintain a business continuity plan that outlines the steps to
be taken in the event of a disruption to business operations. This plan must be reviewed and
updated on a regular basis to ensure that it remains current and effective.

 The business continuity plan must identify critical business processes and the resources
required to support these processes, as well as the personnel responsible for carrying out
these processes.
 Iamneo Edutech Private Limited must regularly test and evaluate the effectiveness of its
business continuity plan, and make any necessary adjustments to ensure that it remains
current and effective.
 Iamneo Edutech Private Limited must maintain redundant systems and infrastructure to
support critical business processes in the event of a disruption to business operations.
 All employees must be aware of their roles and responsibilities in the event of a disruption
to business operations, and must cooperate with the business continuity team to ensure the
timely restoration of critical business processes.
 Iamneo Edutech Private Limited must maintain a communication plan that outlines the
process for notifying employees, customers, vendors, and other stakeholders in the event of
a disruption to business operations.

 Iamneo Edutech Private Limited must comply with all applicable laws and regulations related
to business continuity and disaster recovery.

Enforcement:
Failure to comply with this policy may result in disciplinary action, up to and including termination of
employment.

Continual Improvement
The policy is updated and reviewed as a part of the continual improvement and process.
