Post our investigation it has been found that these are OTP (One Time Password) verified transactions. As per
our records, these transactions were processed using secured authentication (PIN/ OTP verified). The liability
of such transactions lies with the cardholder and BFSL shall not be liable for such transactions.
Hence, BOB Financial cannot take up the dispute forward and is closing the dispute process from our end. You
are requested to clear all dues as per your billing statement cycle to avoid penalty/fees.
Note:- Never share your account details such as account number, login ID, password, PIN, UPI-PIN,
OTP, ATM / Debit card / credit card details with anyone, not even with bank officials, however genuine
they might sound.
