This is a notice for consumers whose insurance policy is underwritten by One Insurance Limited. One Insurance Limited have
gone through a re-domiciliation process from Malta to Gibraltar following the exit of the UK from the EU to ensure we can
continue to service all UK customers.

One Insurance Limited were previously located in Malta and were authorised and regulated by the Maltese Financial Services
Authority.

From 28th June 2023, One Insurance Limited now reside in Gibraltar and will be authorised and regulated by the Gibraltar
Financial Services Commission (company number 123555).

What does this mean for One Insurance Customers?

Everything in terms of your insurance policy will remain exactly the same and this move to Gibraltar will have no impact on your
insurance policy.

Your levels of cover remain the same, your Insurance Broker (One Call Insurance Services Limited/Yoga Insurance services) remain
based in the UK and continue to be authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority)
We also wanted to give you the reassurance that you are still covered by the Financial Services Compensation Scheme and the
Financial Ombudsman Service.

This change of address does not affect your cover or claimable benefits and there is nothing for you to worry about. You do not
need to contact us.
