Virtual ZUMBA Competition

Guidelines:
1. The contest is open to all CPSU enrolled students.
2. The participants will be 3-5 members in a group for each campus.
3. Participating group must create a video presentation with the following:
a. group introduction
b. warm-up (2 minutes)
c. performance proper (5 minutes)
d. cooling down (1minute)
4. The participants are allowed to edit and add special effects provided they will feature
also their campus in the video presentation.
5. Attire must be comfortable for the performance.
6. The participants must observe social distancing during the entire performance.

Criteria of Contest:
Choreography - 30%
Mastery OF the Performance - 30%
relevance to Zumba Routine - 20%
Videography - 10%
Over – all Impact - 10%
Total - 100%

PENCIL DRAWING
MECHANICS
1. Materials will be provided by each campus .(illustration board with the size of 15”x20”.
2. The contestants must use Steadler/Rotring pencil from 2H/3H, B/2B and/or 5B/6B.
3. Charcoal Pencil, art gunner or equivalent, brush, cotton, tissue paper, sand paper,
pantograph and air brush are not allowed.
4. Smudging is also not allowed.
5. The Visual Arts coordinator will decide for the subject.
6. The contest duration is for a period of four (4) hours.
7. Participating campus will have to video the contestant during the making of artwork.
8. Contest output (artworks) will be presented to the judges on October 2, 2020.
9. Judges decision is final.
