6. Preparation of Boards of Directors Report (Annually)

Quotation:

PF Return Preparation & Rs 750/ Month
Filing
Accounting Rs 1000/ Month

 The professional fees for annual work like Audit as per Companies Act, ROC Filing , ITR
Filing, preparation of Boards Report etc. would be Rs 12,000 (payable in 2 instalments,
1st - after completion of Financial Year i.e. 31 st Mar 2024 & 2nd – after completion of
Audit)

Note:

 Any Govt charges like ROC fees, GST, PF and any other would be payable by BIZELEVATE.

 Any late filing of GST returns, PF returns and ROC filing by the with the fault of
BIZELEVATE then the late fees or penalty also needs to bear by BIZELEVATE.
