2. Now that you have accomplished some portions of the CP through your group, prepare an
action plan to prepare a CP for your your agency/office /organization. As ways ahead, come
up with an Action Plan in page 2.

3. Once accomplished, save the file and submit assignment via Training Information
Management System (IMS). Upload the assignment using the filename template
<Surname>_<Assignment Number> (example: Dela Cruz_Assignment 5).

Deadline is not later than 1600H of this day.
