PLAINTIFF’S OPPOSED MOTION FOR DECLARATORY JUDGMENT,


PERMANENT INJUNCTION OR PRELIMINARY INJUNCTION

Plaintiff REDEEMED CHRISTIAN CHURCH OF GOD RESURRECTION POWER

ASSEMBLY(“Plaintiff” or “Resurrection Power Assembly”) by and through its attorneys,

Mauck & Baker, LLC respectfully move this Court to enter an Order granting Plaintiff’s

Opposed Motion for Declaratory Judgment, Permanent Injunction or a Preliminary Injunction as

set out below and for the reasons set out in the accompanying Memorandum in Support of

Plaintiffs’ Opposed Motion for Declaratory Judgment, Permanent Injunction or Preliminary

Injunction. Fed. R. Civ. P. 8(a), Fed. R. Civ. P. 57, and Fed. R. Civ. P. 65(a).

WHEREFORE, Plaintiffs respectfully request the Court grant their Opposed Motion for

Declaratory Judgment, or issue a Permanent Injunction or Preliminary Injunction pending a

decision on the merits of Plaintiffs’ claims in this matter.
