A The contract can be made verbally but still needs a legal and written document so

that it can be formalized and legalized to be evidence that there really is an agreement
that has taken place. It is important to have a legal document because it will serve as
the basis and proof that you have agreed to all the rules and regulations, terms and
conditions, and standards and expectations that you have agreed upon.

These are the things that must be done after making a contract. Signature, both parties
must affix their signature because this will determine if they agree to what they agreed
upon and if they really understand it, the signature is also proof that they are ready for
their responsibility and obligation to each other. Attachments, these are the additional
contacts and documents that are not in the official contract, but it is also important for
them to know because it is part of the agreement and they have the right to know it so
they are also aware of it. Interventions of Governmental Institutions, both parties must
register their agreed-upon contract with various government agencies so that it
becomes valid and formalized otherwise it will be void. Intervention of Notary Public,
finally, they need to have it notarized so that it becomes valid and make it a public
instrument so that their next transactions will be legal.

So those are the things that need to be done after making a contract. The contract does
not end the moment it is signed by both parties because that is when their journey and
relationship begins. That's why it's important that contracts are legalized and formalized
so that they don't have any problems and their transaction and relationships will be
smooth.
