A little backstory of my experience
Fifteen years ago I took my first dive in yoga. However, the power behind it, especially mindfulness, was unknown territory for me then.

The end of my teenage years was a dark period. I fell seriously ill and faced severe mental challenges. After a long search and a difficult seven-year journey, I found recovery, partly through yoga and mindfulness.

For a while, I couldn't accept that medication alone would be the solution. So, I am grateful that I discovered sustainable recovery through my studies and spiritual quest. I later learned that chronic conditions always remain a sensitive spot.
To continue feeling well, I'll always have to be mindful of what I eat, live mindfully, and occasionally visit the ashrams to stay healthy.

You might think, "Gosh, it's challenging to have to consider this for the rest of your life." But it also compels me to maintain a healthy lifestyle, and I now reap the rewards.

As heavy as the long periods of illness were, they also led to a new approach that enables me to help my students in ways that are hard to find elsewhere. Therefore, I am committed to spreading these therapies and their combinations
throughout the globe.

Of all the interventions, mindfulness has had the most profound impact on me. Not only did it contribute to my recovery, but it also helped me find answers to many existential questions that I had been grappling with since a young age:

"Why am I here on Earth?"

"What is the meaning of life?"

Perhaps these are questions you also seek answers to. My quest for answers and deep interest in mindfulness led me, at the age of 30 to go deeper and deeper in this.

Mindfulness helped me overcome my dissatisfaction and follow the path to enlightenment.

Initially, I embarked on this journey for myself, but I thought it would be a beautiful idea to let others experience the benefits of my newfound knowledge as well. If I was meditating anyway, others could join in.

Not long after, I meditated in my living room with curious people. The fulfillment this brought motivated me to spread my knowledge further and help as many people as possible on their spiritual journey.

This led to the creation of a curriculum based on everything I learned from my teacher. The program is rooted in Buddhist teachings and adapted to be effective in our Indian lifestyle.

The program manifests in three powerful mindfulness techniques.

The curriculum I have assembled for you offers the complete essence of mindfulness. It's not just a puzzle piece of a larger whole, like MBSR, for example, which is a beautiful product with international acclaim in its own right. Instead, this
program is like a complete tree, from root to leaf.

From feeling completely alone twenty years ago, I have now reached a point where I can give back. I can make a difference for others and you.

Over the past three years, we at the Samma-Sati Center have worked hard to make mindfulness accessible to everyone. Now, I share all the knowledge I gained over the past 14 years online to help as many people as possible.

It's challenging to find comprehensive samma sati courses that teach you everything from A to Z about mindfulness, but we have done our best to create that, especially for you.

For a small fee, you can access various courses that are usually quite expensive. Based on the experiences of our participants and students, we can confidently say that each course has the potential to change lives.
