Respected Sirs,

I am writing this letter to sincerely apologize for the non-return of a company

employee (Remya Rajan) after finishing her vacation. I am the ensuring person, as per
the signature given to the agreement letter provided by our company. Unfortunately,
that employee did not return after finishing her vacation.

I mentioned the reason why I signed the agreement for that employee. When
she approached me for the signature, at that time her daughter was admitted to the ICU
in a hospital in very critical condition. She promised me she would return after her
daughter was discharged from the hospital, so I signed that agreement. Unfortunately,
she didn't come back after finishing her vacation because of family issues.

The company is now cutting my salary to compensate for her agreement. For the
last month, I didn’t receive my salary, and now I am facing serious financial issues for my
daily expenses like food and others. So please do the favorable things to get my salary. I
am waiting for your reply at your earliest convenience.
