In order to have health, a varied diet is essential to replace it on the menu. Still, if we take into account that
it is necessary to find another source of protein. When removing meat from food, invest in legumes.
Assorted beans, chickpeas, lentils, peas, plus dark green vegetables such as broccoli, arugula, kale, spinach.
Being a vegetarian does not mean being sick or having disabilities, but it is necessary to pay attention to
