Earnest Money Agreement

WHEREAS ------------------- (Seller) has received the sum of fifteen thousand pesos (P15,000.00)
from ------------------------ with address at ------------------------, representing EARNEST
MONEY for payment of a 7-piece set of Titleist T100-S 2019 Model Golf Clubs with serial
number xxx.

This EARNEST MONEY shall form part of the purchase price of sixty-five thousand pesos
(P65,000.00). The balance and full payment shall be paid on or before July 1, 2023.

The BUYER hereby reserves the exclusive right to purchase the aforementioned item and the
SELLER cannot offer the same to any third party until July 1, 2023.

In case of voluntary cancellation of this agreement by the BUYER without any cause on the
part of the SELLER or if the BUYER fails to pay the remaining balance on or before July 1,
2023, the SELLER shall have the right to terminate this agreement in which case the EARNEST
MONEY in the amount of fifteen thousand pesos (P15,000.00) shall be forfeited in favor of the
SELLER as liquidated damages.
