The existing ranlk list for Teacher II/Teacher Il will expire on May 81, 2024/Friday, the last day of the School Year 2023-2024. 2. The criteria in the selection of applicants for promotion are contained in Dep! No. 66, .2007 (Please see the enclosure/attachment). Order 8. Applicants who do not meet the minimum qualification standards set for the vacant positions are automatically disqualified to advance in the screening process. 5. Applicants shall prepare only one (1) folder containing pertinent documents which are certified true copies of the original documents. Applicants are required to bring the original documents upon submission of the application. 6. Applicants for promotion must have at least one (1) complete RPMS cycle with at least a Very Satisfactory (VS) or Outstanding rating of the present position before he/she can apply for the next higher position. However, for an applicant to have a high score or rating in the performance category or component, the performance ratings for the last three (3) school or fiscal years must be submitted, T. Applicants for the various positions (T II/IIl) shall complete/siga the Data Privacy Consent Form relative to the posting of the ranking results for the position applied. Refer to the attached form. 16. Members of the HRMPSB/HR Unit/Secretariat and all other Division sub-selection committee members shall be given Compensatory Time-Off (CTO), overtime pay, or leave credits whatever is applicable for the work or services rendered on or during Saturdays or holidays. 17. Expenses that will be incurred in this activity/undertaking shall be charged to the Division's MOOE for division office-based personnel (including PSDSs), however, the traveling, accommodation, per diem, and other incidental expenses incurred by the school heads and other members of the committees or sub-committees who need to travel from the districts or schools shall be charged to the school’s MOOE or other local funds available subject to its availability and the usual accounting and auditing rules or regulations. 18.
