Raghav PandeyYear: III; Semester: VIObjectives In the last semester, we dealt with rights feature of
the Constitution. This semester, the course engages with the issues of governance at both Union and
State levels. The legal issues involved with the functioning of the three organs of the state are central to
the paper. Note: Students are compulsorily required to read and prepare, in advance, before coming to
