OBJECTIVES OF THE STUDY

 To study the awareness level of fintech among the investors in the
study region.
 To study of identification of reasons for losses of fintechs and their
subsequent failures.
 To assess the relationship between awareness of fintech and
investments in PhonePay and Paytm.

SCOPE OF THE STUDY

The scope of the study is the part which defines the area to which the
study is extended and the key areas to focus on. This study is mainly
focused on investors from Delhi. The fintech (financial technology) is
vast and encompasses a wide range of areas within the financial industry.
Fintech refers to the use of technology and innovation to improve and
enhance financial services and processes. This research study focuses
more on adaptation of financial technology to invest more in the mutual
fund industry a FinTech to determine the satisfaction of customers in
using Google Pay and Phone Pay. As this area e-payment system is
widely used. The study is conducted on sampling method of survey.
Whereas NCR Delhi is still reluctant to invest in Stock Market Delhi
prefer investing in traditional investment avenues like real estate, fixed
deposits and gold.
