The Growth of industrial and technological advancements has taken steps forward on development in various sectors across the globe. The evolution of the technology is to attain the objective "SMART in the sectors like Building Infrastructures, Manufacturing, Energy Production and Management, Electronic devices, IT development and services and so on. The technology empowerment is to become a boom forthe third ‘world countries and global sustainability. The Engineer’s Employability Enhancement Theme for ICKCE 2018 has been built onthe considerable body of research, information and resources drawn up by the Department of Higher Education- HRD and the Enhancing Student Employability Skills. Engineers and Managers should have mastered an appropriate body of knowledge, developed a set of flexible sills, and become more aware of what they have to do to be a responsible citizen and an effective employee (or employer).
