Voluntary declaration of consent

All personal designations are to be understood as gender-neutral. For reasons of easier

readability, only the male form will be used in the following.

Express consent to the processing of my personal data by Deloitte AT for the

purpose of career advice and job placement. (Art 6 (1) lit a, Art 9 (2) lit a
GDPR)

I, as a candidate respectively applicant for job positions, expressly agree that Deloitte
Services Wirtschaftsprüfungs GmbH, Renngasse 1/ Freyung, 1010 Vienna, FN 44840 t,
(hereinafter referred to as "Deloitte AT") processes my personal data for the purpose of
career advice and job placement and for the same reason and to the extent necessary
passes the data on to the affiliated Austrian Deloitte Companies and their clients (as part
of the recruiting process).

The affiliated Austrian Deloitte companies encompass:

Deloitte AT operates an online job portal at https://jobs.leadershipservices.at and

https://jobs.deloitte.at, on which interested parties can apply and make contact for the
purpose of career advice and job placement.

The following categories of data are being processed for the purposes of career advice
and job placement.

Mandatory information when registering:

 Personal details (first and last name)

 Contact details (e-mail address)
 Date and time (of registration or update of registration)
 IP address, registration data (login, password)

Voluntary information that can be added during registration or at a later date:

 Personal details (date of birth)

 Address details
  Contact details (phone number)
 Application documents (curriculum vitae or certificates)
 Career history (details of your previous employments)
 Data on your education (information on degrees and diplomas)
 Professional requirements (desired level of employment, desired salary, period of
notice)
 Skills and qualifications (additional training/education, certificates, languages,
hobbies)

My personal data may be used for the purpose of career advice and job placement,
which includes the following processing:

 The storage of my personal data in the candidate database of Deloitte AT in the

form of a candidate profile.
 The administration of my candidate profile.
 Receiving and processing of my applications for specific job positions by recruiters
and responsible managers of the Austrian Deloitte Companies.
 Contacting me via telephone or e-mail regarding matching job offers, as well as
arranging job interviews and asking further questions.
 The optional linking of my XING or LinkedIn profile with my candidate profile at
Deloitte and the import of data from my XING or LinkedIn profile.
 After consultation with me, the forwarding of my candidate profile or
recommendations derived from it to clients of the Austrian Deloitte Companies for
the purpose of job placement.
 Providing me with information regarding the status and outcome of applications.
 As a basis for internal statistics or internal controlling (e.g. number of positions
filled).

Forwarding of my personal data to clients of the Austrian Deloitte Companies

(potential employers) will only take place after my prior express consent, which I can
give in the context of a personal conversation, telephone call or via e-mail. In
particular, Deloitte AT will inform me in advance and obtain my express consent
before transferring my personal data to potential employers in third countries
(outside the EU).

Additional information, in particular on the rights of data subjects, can be found in the
data privacy statement, the content of which also constitutes the basis of this consent
declaration. Before giving my consent, I had the opportunity to ask questions to the
Data Protection Officer of Deloitte AT. My consent is voluntary and is based on the
information provided in the data privacy statement. I am not obliged to declare my
consent.

Withdrawal

I can withdraw my consent at any time with effect for the future by e-mail to
backoffice@deloitte.at or directly in my applicant profile using the button
"Delete applicant profile" without giving reasons. This means that until
receipt of my withdrawal the data processing is based on my consent and is
permissible.

If I withdraw my consent, Deloitte AT will no longer process my personal data for the
purpose of career advice and job placement and will no longer provide me with job
positions.

By selecting the option "I consent to the processing of my data" I declare my

express consent under data protection law for the above-mentioned
purposes. A copy of the data privacy statement mentioned in the previous
step as well as the above consent declaration will be sent to the e-mail
address provided by me.
