Heard learned counsel for the applicant and

learned A.G.A. for the State.

This is the second bail application filed by the

applicant seeking bail in FIR No./Case Crime No.
0345 of 2020, under Sections 376 and 506 I.P.C.
read with Section 3/4 POCSO Act, 2012, lodged at
Police Station Salon, District Raebareli.

Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the

first bail application of the applicant was rejected
vide order dated 3.12.2022 passed in Bail No.45 of
2022 by this court directing the learned trial court
to conclude the trial expeditiously within six
months from the date of production of certified
copy of the order.

Upon query being made to learned counsel for the

applicant as to when certified copy of the rejection
order (supra) was served to the trial court, he
failed to answer the query.

Learned A.G.A. is directed to seek instructions in

the matter regarding status of trial.
 Learned counsel for the applicant is also directed
to reply the query as to when certified copy of the
rejection order dated 3.12.2022 was served before
the trial court, on the next date of listing.

List on 15.3.2024 as fresh.
