Terms and Conditions

1. Implant cost/Oils/ Consumables /Perflourocarbon etc is extra and not included in package$ and Schedule of Charges!
2. Combined Glaucoma plus cataract surgery the Cost Will Be 50% higher than the respective cataract package$ and Schedule of Charges!
3. Pre operative and Post operative medicines, Room rent, nursing care charges, Surgeon charges, Asst. Surgeon charges, Anesthetist charges
(Local), OT charges, OT consumables, related to the surgery performed are included in the package$ .
4. Special Cases: Like Previous History Of Surgery, Re Surgeries, Corneal, Uveal or Lanticular Pathologies, History Of Trauma: The Cost
Will Be 50% Higher than The Standard package$ and Schedule of Charges!
5. Intra ocular lenses/ OILS/ PERFLOUROCARBON/Special Consumables other than routine OT consumables/Implants/General Anesthesia
(Anesthetist charges & consumables for the anesthesia) etc: will be extra and exclusive of the packages$ and Schedule of Charges!
6. Pathological Tests, related to the surgery, are not the part of package$. Special investigations will be charged extra and not included in
package$ and Schedule of Charges!
