These Annexure are available on the company’s website: www.mpwz.co.in_and may be downloaded for submission The candidates are required to submit Character Certificate as per Annexure-IV, Bio data as per Annexure-V, Self-Declaration (notarized affidavit on stamp paper worth Rs 100/-) as per Annexure-VI, 2 copies of Police Verification form as per Annexure-VIT (Anupramanan Form) along with notarized affidavit on stamp paper worth Rs 100/-, Page 20f 5 Medical Fitness Certificate issued by District Medical Board and NOC/Resignation acceptance order from previous employer (if ary), all original documents, copy of ‘Aadhaar Card and copy of bank passbook at the time of joining on receipt of appointment order. ‘The candidates shall have to undergo Twelve (12) Months Training. Each module of the training shall be evaluated followed by final appraisal. If the candidate could not complete the training period as per the policy of the Company, his /her training period shall be extended for a period of 3 months for maximum two times. If even after the extension of training period, trainee fails to complete the training successfully, his/her candidature for the post he/she are selected for, shall be cancelled /terminated by issuing ‘a specific reasoned order. During the training period, the candidates will be entitled for stipulated stipend equal to Basic Pay of the Pay Level 12 of 7th Pay Matrix i.e. Rs. 56100/- as notified by GoMP ‘order no, F-8+1/2016/Niyam/Char dated: 20.07.2017 as per GoMP Energy Deptt. letter dated: 05.04.2018. The stipend will be paid only after acceptance of Agreement cum Surety Bond by the Chief General Manager (HR & Admin.) of Corporate Office. After successful completion of the training period of Twelve (12) Months, the trainee shall be appointed in the capacity of Assistant Engineer (Distribution) Batch-2023 on probation for a period of two years from the date of successful completion of training and shall be fixed at Basic Pay of Rs. 56100/- (DA and other allowances applicable at the time of appointment) in the Pay Level 12 of 7th Pay Matrix as notified by GoMP order no, F-8+1/2016/Niyam/Char dated: 20.07.2017 as per GoMP Energy Deptt, letter dated: 05.04.2018. During the probation period of two years, the candidates’ performance will be monitored. This period may be extended at the Company’s discretion, in case the performance is not found satisfactory |. The. Training period (including extended period of training) will not be counted for grant of annual increment. The annual grade increment will be granted according to the date of regularization as per 7" Pay Rules of GoMP. - The above appointment is subject to fulfilling the detailed Terms and Conditions as mentioned in Advertisements and subsequent amendments (Annexure — 1).
