Search Console - Master Reports of laboratory showing equipments and lab facilities in your premises. 4.
Please upload proper Production unit photographs showing and
mentioning all the product lines mentioned in the products
manufacturing category. 5. Reupload Form IX for nomination which
should be duly signed by Nominee and should be counter signed by
other person (Director/MD/Company Secretary) at below. Mention the
name of the Nominee on Form IX. 6. Upload Water analysis report in
respect of potability (IS 10500) from any NABL accredited laboratory
with comment for potability. Water sample to be drawn by laboratory
representative. 7. Please upload the complete list of machinery
mentioning the number of units, installed capacity and horse power
duly signed and stamped. 8. Upload Blueprint/Layout plan of the
processing units showing the dimensions in metres/ square metres and
operation wise area allocation duly signed and sealed.
