Environmental Pollution

pollution
Environmental pollution is one of the biggest problems in the world today. It consists
of three basic types of pollution: air, water and land. Air pollution is the most harmful. It
is caused by the harmful smoke released into the air by factories, furnaces and cars.
Another serious problem is water pollution, caused by factories wastes which are poured
into the rivers. It badly affects fish, plants and human beings. Finally, the land pollution,
which is caused by acid rain, which polluted water and fertilizers.
To protect our environment, we should first stop pollution through banning cars that
produce smoke and banning factories from throwing wastes into rivers. Educational
campaigns are also needed to keep our environment safe.
