In doing some of your exercise workouts or programs, do you consciously consider and
follow significant principles such as FITT, exercise training principles, three phases of exercise
program? Why? Kindly explain your answer.(10points)

Yes, it is important to consider these principles because the phases of


exercise like warmup, workout, and cooldown, has a specific purpose in
body exercise. Also the FITT Principles, the frequency that helps to
determine how often to exercise , intensity on how hard you should work
out, time or duration on how long each session should be , and type or
mode you choose the type of exercises you should do. Also the Principles
of exercise are guideline too to optimize our work outs. By considering and
following these principles we can ensure that workouts are going to be safe
and effective and these principles provide guidance and structure to help
you achieve and ensure the progress of your fitness goals.

Learning the different exercise prescription for cardiorespiratory, muscular, and flexibility fitness,
what are your realization and future plans? .(10points)

I realize that different fitness require different types of exercises and


training methods. For cardiorespiratory fitness, activities like running,
cycling, or swimming can be beneficial. Muscular fitness can be enhanced
through strength training exercises, while flexibility can be improved
through stretching and mobility exercises. As for my future plan if im going
to start my program or exercise (planning to loose weight) i want to track
my progress, so i can see the records of my improvements and what else
should i improve and then when i reach my goal it will be a great
accomplishment to me.
