5. Write an essay about the following topic: Some people say that doing a team sport,

such as soccer or basketball, is very popular because it has many benefits. What are

the advantages of doing a team sport? (Length 250 words)

Team sports are the most interesting and competitive type of sports within many

games. Team sports such as football, volleyball, or basketball bring many advantages

for the following reasons.

The first reason is team sports increase communication skills. Working as a team, as

you contact with the rest of the group, improves your communication abilities. The

aspects that require interpersonal skills while doing team sports are many, such as

activities you need to do when playing team sports, the interaction with your coach,

the social ties you build with your teammates, which serve to improve this. For

example, if you are in a rowing team, you should work in coordination with all your

teammates. This requires communication. Therefore, if you have some problems

communicating, engaging in a team sport will be a good choice.

The other reason is these sports help people speed up socializing. There is a direct

relationship between socialization and sports. Socialization helps people learn the

rules of society and apply them. Team sports have an important role in adapting to the

social environment. It helps people to step out of their comfort zone and communicate

with other people. In this point of view, if involved in a team sport, it will establish

new friendships, the individual end loneliness. and boost mental health.

mental to social improvements. Sport opens the door to understand life, to strengthen

mental health, to exceed limits, and build a better future.

6. Write an essay about the following topic: In many countries, people working in

sports and entertainment earn much more money than professionals like doctors,
nurses and teachers. Why do you think this happens in some societies? (Length 250

words)

Nowadays, in many countries, people working in the field of sports and entertainment are

paid higher salaries than those working as doctors, nurses, and teachers. In my opinion, there

are many reasons for this.

Firstly, Sports athletes and film artists earn more money due to their popularity. Let's

consider sports like football, many businessmen invest money to sign advertising contracts

with players as a type of business that brings them profits. Thanks to their name and

reputation, players can easily sign many advertising contracts that will pay a lot of money

from investors. Therefore, specialists are paid very well. For example, Puma company pays

23 million pounds a year to have Neymar represent the brand. And it cannot be denied that, A

teacher does not create as much monetary value as a celebrity can.

On the other hand, celebrities earn great wealth through their efforts to improve themselves

and face public scrutiny. First of all, not everyone can become a celebrity , some high-paying

jobs like theirs have trade-offs. They need to have talent and effort. Besides, celebrities have

less private time and are often troubled by fabricated news. These negative aspects can be

seen as a price to pay for a life in the spotlight.

In summary, this essay discusses why doctors and teachers are paid less than those who work

in sports and entertainment. Although people working in sports and entertainment earn much

more money than professionals like doctors, nurses and teachers, in my opinion, each

profession plays an important role in society and depends on each other.

people? (Length 250 words)

fast food is increasingly popular and is gradually becoming a part of young people's diet.

There are many reasons to explain why young people are attracted to fast food products

and stores. In this essay, I will discuss the benefits that fast food brings.

Fast food is food that does not take too much time to prepare, is convenient, and can be

eaten while talking, working, studying, or even eating while walking. This is suitable for

the modern lifestyle of today's young generation. You can eat fast food, chat, and work at

the same time. Moreover, just 10 minutes, or 15 minutes can provide quite a lot of energy.

That's only about half the time compared to cooking it yourself. So who doesn't like this

convenience?

Fast food is becoming more and more diverse in its choice of dishes. Currently, there are

many new fast food dishes on the market. Besides, there are also more and more brands

and roadside shops selling this type of food. Therefore, the choices have also become

more diverse. You can choose fast food for snacks with friends, or for a cozy meal with

your family. Fast food is a combination of many rich ingredients. So the food is more

delicious, attractive and suitable for everyone's taste.

In conclusion, Fast food indeed brings many benefits. However, you should not eat too

much fast food because if you overuse it or choose it incorrectly, it will cause some

problems that are not good for your health.

8. Write an essay about the following topic: Some people say that doing a team sport,

such as soccer or basketball, should be compulsory for students because it has

many benefits. What are the benefits of team sports for high school students?

(Length 250 words)

Participation in a team sport like soccer or basketball is extremely more and more popular

with high school students. there are many benefits of Sports for Adolescents.
playing team sports helps many athletes do better academically. Playing a sport requires a

lot of time and energy. Some people may think this would distract student-athletes from

schoolwork. However, the opposite is true. Sports require memorization, repetition, and

learning — skillsets that are directly relevant to class work. Also, the determination and

goal-setting skills a sport requires can be transferred to the classroom.

Sports teach teamwork and problem-solving skills. Fighting for a common goal with a

group of players and coaches teaches you how to build teamwork and effectively

communicate to solve problems. This experience is helpful when encountering problems

at work or home.

Engaging in team sports has many Physical health benefits. Sports can help you reach

your fitness goals and maintain a healthy weight. However, they also encourage healthy

decision-making such as not smoking and not drinking. Sports also have hidden health

benefits such as lowering the chance of osteoporosis or breast cancer later in life.

up and let go of stress. You can also make new friends who can be there for you as a

sports can provide many benefits for children and adolescents. Positive experiences that

sports and an active lifestyle bring play an important role in a young person’s life.

9. Write an essay about the following topic: It is believed that the most valuable tool for

students is the computer. Do you agree with this opinion? (Length 250 words)

In this century, computers are considered as the most revolutionary invention for the

development of human beings. people think that the computer is the most valuable tool

for students. Although computers are important in supporting children's learning, this
learning needs to be guided and directed by the experiences of the teacher. Therefore, I

disagree with this statement for the following reasons.

Advocates of technology in children's education argue that technology can present

knowledge in a vivid and novel way. They assert that computers and the Internet can help

students improve their general understanding of how to solve learning difficulties as well

as equip them with important skills for later life. With technology, those children learn in

a fun way, and this learning is often more intuitive than a teacher's classroom lectures.

On the contrary, the long-standing traditional habit is for children to study and acquire

knowledge at school guided by teachers. Proponents of this approach argue that schools

are places where students gather to be educated and learn from each other, taught by

human educators that technology cannot replace. For example, in school, students'

development is coordinated in stages and steps by experienced teachers, and students'

acquisition of knowledge is systematically guided and supported. system.

In my opinion, technology cannot teach children on its own and requires human

intervention. Information displayed to children must be pre-programmed and needs to be

constantly updated by teachers. This is why teachers can teach students more effectively

and they can use technology to teach even better.

In short, modern technology can complement more traditional teaching and learning

methods without being used as a substitute for traditional methods. It is expected that

experienced teachers will teach children and use technology to create more favorable

conditions for teaching and learning at school.
