ACCOMPLISHMENT REPORT
Title of the Activity: Cluster 8 Sports Meet 2024
Sports Event: Badminton Boys and Girls

Overview:
The Cluster 8 Sports Meet held on January 26-27, 2024, witnessed spirited participation from 13
out of 16 secondary and integrated schools of Cluster 8 in Badminton Boys and Girls events. The
competition adhered to the regulations of the Badminton World Federation, featuring a single elimination
format for all events.

Day 1- January 26, 2024

The day commenced at 9:00 am after the opening program and saw intense matches in the Boys
and Girls Singles A and B categories. After a series of exciting games, Calinan NHS, Lamanan NHS, Saloy
NHS, Jose T. Quiboloy Sr. NHS, Sirib NHS, Inayangan NHS, and Dacudao NHS secured their spots for the
semi-finals. The day concluded at 5:45 pm.

The three photos were taken during the first day of the event. The first two photos from the left side captured the
happenings during the Opening Ceremony, while the last photo captured the Badminton Tournament Managers
and Technical Officials.

The photos above were taken on the same day and captured some of the qualifiers for Boys & Girls Singles A & B
securing their spots in the next match.

Day 2- January 27, 2024

Day 2 began at 7:45 am, with a continuation of the event. The finals witnessed exceptional
performances, culminating in the following results:
