No. WRCC/2023-24/PT/41 dated 01.11.2023 5. 10. i ‘The GST Rate applicable for you is 5 percent under RCM ‘The rates would be calculated on the basis of tender conditions for escalation/de- escalation on fortnightly basis. ‘The rates shall remain firm with effect from 01.02.2024/Actual Induction of truck and will be valid till 15.10.2026 with provision of upward/downward revision in case of increase/ decrease in prices of HSD as per clause no. 9 of Special Terms and conditions for vertical transportation of LPG cylinders by road. Rates for 5 Kg oylinders shall be 0.46 times of 14.2 Kg cylinders subject to condition that transportation charges should not exceed equivalent to full truck load of 342/525 cylinders of 14.2 Kg by adopting proper loading pattern of 14.2 Kg cylinders and 5 Kg cylinders in a truck. Rates for 19 Kg. cylinders shall be 1.5 times of 14.2 Kg. cylinder subject to condition that ‘transportation charges should not exceed equivalent to full truck load of 342 & 525 cylinders of, 14.2 kg. by adopting proper loading pattern of 14.2 Kg. cylinders and 19 Kg. cylinders in a truck. Rates for 47.5 Kg. cylinders shall be 3.3 times of 14.2 Kg. cylinder subject to condition that transportation charges should not exceed equivalent to full truck load of 342/525 cylinders of 14.2 Kg by adopting proper loading pattern of 14.2 Ka cylinders and 47.5 Kg. cylinders in a truck. 1,2 times of the L1 finalized transportation rates of 14.2 kg cylinders shall be applicable for 10 kg composite cylinder transportation Similarly, 0.75 times of the Li finalized transportation rates of 14.2 kg cylinder shall be applicable for 5 kg composite cylinder. Please note that payment for loading / unloading of cylinders at Piant and at distributors Godown has to be done directly by you. For transportation of Cylinders, 14.2 Kg, 5 Kg, 19 Kg, 47.5 Kg and Mixed load, on One Way basis the following rates will be payable: For filed cylds 60% of the applicable rates For empty olds 40% of the applicable rates Movement of filled & empty cylinders would normally take place in full truck loads. The applicable rates are as follows: For filled cylinder movement ~ 60% of the finalized rates For empty cylinder movement ~ 40% of the finalized rates. Jn case of one-way load/ authorized retention of cylinders by distributor, transportation charges equivalent to the numbers of filed cylinders carried by the trucks will be considered for payment for return trip. im we Bosses, , paloRef. All the trucks engaged through this work order shall be maintained as per IOCs colour scheme and branding.
