Power ON/OFF Leiterplatte mit Kabel
Seit Mai 2006 wird anstelle der Power ON/OFF Leiterplatte 1190-080 mit 1-poliger
Netzüberbrückung die Power ON/OFF Leiterplatte 1378-052 mit 2-poliger Netzüberbrückung in
den IOLMaster (XP) eingebaut.
Das Kabel Power ON/OFF 1377-289 wird für die zusätzliche Verdrahtung benötigt.
Im Servicefall ist die Power ON/OFF Leiterplatte 1190-080 durch die Power ON/OFF
Leiterplatte 1378-052 zu ersetzen. Dazu steht eine Zusammenstellung der benötigten
Komponenten zur Verfügung:
Hinweis: Der Austausch der Power ON/OFF Leiterplatte soll nur im Servicefall erfolgen.

enthält: Power ON/OFF Leiterplatte 1378-052
Kabel Power ON/OFF Netz 1377-289
Vorgang:
• Gerät vom Netz trennen und nach Angaben im Servicemanual Computer Basis öffnen.
• Stecker X4 am Netzteil ausstecken.
• Stecker X1 und X3 an der FBG Power ON/OFF ausstecken.
• Alle Kabelstecker am Netzmodul ausstecken.
• 2 Kabelbinder entfernen und Kabel Power ON/OFF Netz 1333-528 entfernen.
• FBG Power ON/OFF durch Entfernen der 2 Innensechskantschrauben (2,5 mm), ausbauen.
• FBG Power ON/OFF 1378-052 einbauen.
• Stecker X4 am Netzteil einstecken.
• Stecker an FBG Power ON/OFF X3 einstecken.
• Stecker X1 an FBG Power ON/OFF X1 einstecken.
• Stecker X8 an FBG Power ON/OFF X5 einstecken.
• 2 Kabelbinder zur Sicherung des Kabels 1377- 289 Power ON/OFF Netz anbringen.
• Netzmodul nach Verdrahtungsplan anschliessen.
Hinweis: Die Anschlussstecker zum Schalter hin sind nicht bezeichnet.
Im Zweifelsfall ist die richtige Leitung zu ermitteln.

Verdrahtungsplan (Auszug)

Funktionskontrolle durchführen
• Gerät mit dem Netz verbinden und einschalten.
• Messungen mit dem Demoauge durchführen.
• Gerät am Schalter S1 ausschalten.
! Gerät muss sich nach einigen Sekunden selbst abschalten.
Die durchgeführten Messungen dürfen nicht verloren gehen.

Power ON/OFF PCB with cable
Since May 2006, Power ON/OFF PCB 1190-080 with single-pole mains bridging has been replaced by
Power ON/OFF PCB 1378-052 with double-pole mains bridging in IOLMaster (XP).
Power on/off cable 1377-289 is required for the additional wiring.
In the event of a service call, replace Power ON/OFF PCB 1190-080 by Power ON/OFF PCB 1378-052.
A set containing the components required is available for this purpose.
Note: The Power ON/OFF PCB should only be replaced within the scope of a service call.

comprising: Power ON/OFF PCB 1378-052
Cable for power ON/OFF 1377-289
Procedure:
• Disconnect the system from line power and open it as described in the Computer Basis service
manual.
• Unplug the X4 connector on the power supply unit.
• Unplug the X1 and X3 connectors on the Power ON/OFF PCB.
• Unplug all cable connectors on the power module.
• Remove 2 cable ties and the Power ON/OFF cable 1333-528.
• Unscrew the two 2.5 mm socket head screws and remove the Power ON/OFF PCB.
• Install Power ON/OFF PCB 1378-052.
• Plug the X4 connector onto the power supply unit.
• Plug the connectors onto the Power ON/OFF PCB.
• Plug the X1 connector onto X1 of the Power ON/OFF PCB.
• Plug the X8 connector onto X5 of the Power ON/OFF PCB.
• Secure Power ON/OFF cable 1377-289 with cable ties.
• Connect the power module as shown in the wiring diagram.
Note: The connectors at the switch end have no designations.
In case of doubt, determine the correct line.

Perform a function test
• Connect the system to line power and switch it on.
• Perform measurements using a demo eye.
• Switch off the system on switch S1.
! The system must power down automatically after a few seconds.
The measurements performed must not be lost.
