1. In service writing, SUPERSCRIPTION comprises everything before the subject heading.

8. An officer nominated as secretary for a meeting is responsible for all preparations, including
the issue of an agenda and writing the minutes. List down the administrative arrangements that
secretary need to do: (4 marks)

a. Book a room and ensure that the route/path to it is known or adequately sign posted.
b. Arrange seating plans and provide place cards (visible to all) on the conference table.
c. Prepare a form for those attending to fill in their names, appointments and
departments represented.
d. Ensure adequate stationeries are available.
e. Arrange for digital visual aids, LCDs, computers, and microphones if necessary.
f. Arrange refreshments, accommodations and transport for those requiring these.

10. Letters of Condolence are written as private letters using the normal conventions except

Produce a framework of the second annex. The title of the annex is Movement Order For OP KOTA
BRAVO CHARLIE DELTA Serial 1/2016, and this annex have 3 pages. (5 marks)
