Documents to be submitted with Application for Fixation of Tuition Fee for the Academic Year

2022-2023and onwards in addition to other documents

1. Audited Financial Statements (including complete Income Tax return & computation
thereof) along with complete Audit Report & Annexure/Schedules for the financial year
2018-19, 2019-20, and 2020-21. Course wise break up of sanctioned student strength all
expenditure AND complete break-up of receipts for / during the financial year 2020-21
also to be provided on the prescribed format given by us.(Annexures – 1, 2, &3)
2. TDS (Tax deducted at source) Returns including Form 16 & 16A of all quarters for the
financial years 2020-2021.
3. Bank statements to be enclosed regarding proof of Salary payments to Teaching &Non-
Teaching staff along with information regarding salary on the prescribed format
attached.(Annexure – 4 & 5)
4. Gross block details of all fixed assets as on 01.04.2019 and additions during the financial
year 2019-20 & 2020-21. (Annexure - 6)
5. Bank Loan sanctions / disbursement and its utilization details should be attached.
6. The physical infrastructure facilities available for the institution, its title, ownership, the
building, stating the number of classrooms, the administrative block, rooms available for
library, reading, hostel and mess, play grounds, laboratory, general utilities, together with
the site plan (Need to take self-declaration regarding geographical area of college Hostel
area / Staff Residence / Play Area / Lab / Classroom / Administrative Building / Library
/Others).
7. Self-declaration along with proof for the investment made in capital equipment of
Laboratory and books / General/Periodicals / E-Library/Appliances / Equipment of
Library during last 3 years. i.e. 2018-2019, 2019-2020 & 2020-2021.
8. Academic achievements (Accreditations obtained, level of placements achieved, center of
excellence set up, etc) during past few years with evidences;

Note:
 Processing fees will be accepted through Online Payment Gateway.
 All required / complete documents and information should be provided before the
given date / time. All these must be self-attested.
 No delayed submission will be allowed by any means.
 The Institutions are required to submit / upload scanned copies of documents while
submitting the online application. A copy of all these documents is also required to
be sent through post / courier / by hand which should reach this office within 1
week from the last date of online submissions. Only applications complete in all
respect shall be considered for calculation of fee. Incomplete application /
documents received after the prescribed last date(s) will not be entertained by any
means.
 Additional information / document may be submitted only on demand raised by
Fee Fixation Committee
 If College is running various courses under one College code and not accepting the
Standard Fee & applying for fixation of fee then calculation for fixation of fee will
be done for all the courses approved by AKTU / BTE and run by the College, not
only few courses chosen by the Institution.
 Only audited statements (including details thereof), for which income tax return
has also been filed, is to be provided;
