The probation law shall apply to all offenders except those entitled to the

benefits under the provisions of Presidential Decree Numbered Six Hundred and

Three and similar laws. (Sec. 1)

A probationer who has not reported for initial supervision within the seventy two (72) hours from
receipt of the order and/or whose whereabouts could not be found, located or determined
despite due diligence within five (5) days shall be declared by the proper Office as an
absconding.
