There are 3 choices 200 -7 votes, 250-4 votes and 300 - 6 votes, 50 200 was chosen but someone suggested that 200 {s not enough and make it 250 but they come up to a decision that 200 was the minimum amount to donate and it was agreed by everybody - Mr. Abellana suggested to find a pig for the lechon weighing 60kls, But if the allocated amount is short he said that we can ask the teachers, Also, he said that 10,000 is the budget but if it short they will find ways. = 1salmon of rice each - office - Suggestion for the Lechon Preparation Sir Abellana is willing to prepare the lechon in their vicinity with help of his son. He also said that the labor would be 1,200 ~ Program will be facilitated by the SSLG, SELG and the remaining SPTA Officers and members. = The conduct of oath taking of the SSLG, SELG and SPTA-BOD officers. = They will wear white shirt/blouse and black pants/slacks/skirt. B. Gulayan sa Paaralan Program = Ploughing the garden by SPTA Chairman Daug = Parents will be responsible in taking good care of the garden. - Mr, Abellana Suggests: -No need to plot, direct plant like okra, eggplant and ete. = Mrs, Tibon suggets: Cellophane is needed (before covering organic soil will be put) She said we can request to our Mayor. = Ma’am Divine says: the garden was plot by the learners «the last part of the area was aloloted to the SPTA Officers that would be planted by squash. “The back of each classroom will be the garden or GPP of elementary also the classroom president will help the teachers in maintaning the cleanliness. ~ Cleaning Rotation - General, 4P’s and classroom - Mr. Abellana suggestions -NO students will be allowed to attend the meeting, it should be the parents or ‘guardians. Canteen - 70,000 ~ move by sir Abellana and approved. 3. HS Pathway - 15, 000 - move by maam Akut and approved. - Ma’am Amor suggested as Band Coordinator -she ask a permission that the school will consider an alootment for the band instruments and for the school band activities. ~SPTA Membership Fee: 200 -25% (50) - Band Expenses/ School Activities -75% (150) - School Project = Maam Divine saud that we can receive SPTA membership fee - Maam Myrna explained to ask temporary reciepts ~The classroom treasurer and president will help on accumulating the SPTA membership fee. - SPTA General Meeting : 1/2 week of November after the First Quarter ~ The conference was move and adjourned by maam Sajulga.
