1. Field Inspector - Disposal

➢ Job Summary
The purpose of the role is to be accountable for daily field inspection of all
disposal or construction at mining or outer mine area, such as overburden
disposal, top soil stock, quarry pile, quarry face and etc. This role also should be
able to provide recommendation for guidance or direction of those construction
works which refers to assessments and recommendations from mine plan
engineers.

This role also maintains harmonious relations with regional and national
Directorate Energy and Mine Resources Department, with objective to ensure
effective implement and compliance with government regulation (Kepmen
ESDM No. 1827 K/30/MEM/2018, Permen LHK No. 9/2016, Permen LHK No. 5/2021,
PP No. 22/2021, etc.) to support production levels through maintaining the
smooth, effective and efficient flow of goods within the overall statutory
requirements.

➢ Major Accountabilities
• Implement and established policies and regulations from department of
energy and mineral resources according to “Keputusan Menteri ESDM Nomor
1827 K 30 MEM 2018” to achieve mining best practice mainly related with
hydrology aspects.
• Daily field inspection to monitor compliances of all disposals or construction at
mining/outer mine area related with assessment and recommendations of
mine plan design capacity and compliance.
• Daily field inspection to monitor visually for field activities, safety at
construction or mining/outer mine area.
• Daily checklist and reporting for visual monitoring of disposal activities.
• Communicate and explanation of geotechnical and hydrological
recommendations based on field inspection to mining operations.
• Follow up and ensure geotechnical and hydrological recommendations have
been implemented properly.
• Comprehend to understand and implement geotechnical and hydrology
assessment.
• Working closely with mining operation or contractor for supervision of
remediation for any specified hydrology issues.

➢ Requirements
• Education (Mine, Geologist, Civil Engineer (S1))
• Experience (6 - 18 Months).
• POP (Preferred)

• Understand basic principle of geotechnical and hydrology engineering.
• Basic report writing skills.

2. Field Inspector - Quarry

➢ Job Summary
The purpose of the role is to be accountable for daily field inspection of all

3. Mine Designer – Mine Development

➢ Job Summary
To prepare map, design and report regarding Work Plan and Budget
(RKAB), Mines Production Forecasting, Proper, Rehab & Re-Disturb Plan,
and Mine Development in order to support the overall success of Mine
Planning.

➢ Main Accountabilities
• Update Map of mining progress based on survey result regarding
completion of Work plan and Budget (RKAB), Quarterly Work plan and
Budget report, Re-disturb plan, Mines Production Forecasting in order to
fulfill the data requirement that needed by Government and internal
PTVI.
• Liaise with Mine Engineer in Mine Planning to design overall mine
infrastructure in terms of Main Haul Raud and Dyke design to complete
all design criteria that needed by the mine development team.
• Compile and update data needed by Mine Planning Team such as
Actual production, equipment parameter and all boundaries related
with Proper, Rehab and Re-disturb.
• Record and analyze overall actual Physical Availability (PA) and Use of
Availability (UoA) of Mines Equipment in Monthly, Quaterly and Yearly
in order to develop the integrated system in Short and Mine Planning
team.
• Support Mine planning team to update FMDS in order to continuously
apply VPS system in Mine Planning.

5. Mechanical Civil Designer

➢ Job Summary
Provide mechanical & civil structural engineering drawings and design for
construction of moderate complex Capital and Operating project and
maintenance activities, that are accurate, comprehensive, understandable,
constructable, useable and in accordance with PTVI technical standards, MHS &
EHS standards and operation procedures.

➢ Major Accountabilities
• Ensure compliance to all safety procedures, standards and policies.
• Develop design drafting of engineering drawings that comply with PTVI
standards and are accurate, usable, maintainable, comprehensive,
understandable and constructible.
• Develop material take-off and preparation of Bills of Materials, for accurate
estimation of costs and procurement of materials.
• Perform as-built record updating, to ensure accurate records for PTVI
Maintenance and Operations.
• Document preparation and issue in accordance with PTVI Standard to ensure
no duplication of drawings and quick identification and quick recovery of
drawing records.
• Develop design drawings requirements in conjunction with the Design
Engineer, to enable construction, operational and maintenance.
• Conduct field investigation to verify information to meet objective safety,
constructability and maintainability

➢ Requirements
• Education (Technical Diploma Mechanical or Civil Engineering)
• Experience (3 – 4 years).
• AutoCAD for Design and Drafting (Mandatoy)

➢ Skill & Knowledge


• Knowledgeable of CAD drafting software such as AutoCAD 3D, Revit, Civil 3D,
Navisworks, Infraworks, ect
• Knowledgeable of Mechanical and civil, structural, architectural, utility design
standards
• Knowledgeable of Mechanical and civil, structural, architectural, utility
engineering drafting, construction and fabrication activities
• Knowledge of mechanical and civil structural materials and applications.
• Knowledgeable of Document Management System application such as
Aconex, InEight, etc
• Knowledgeable in Safety system (EHS & MHS) and policies

6. Admin Officer - Onboarding Services

➢ Job Summary
Administer and maintain excellent service of onboarding process, the flow
and schedule the process, their related facilities, and if any, escalate issue
to relevant PIC so the onboarding process run smoothly as per design.

➢ Main Accountabilities

• Maintain onboarding facility and personnel ready to serve request


during business hours.
• Maintain up to date end to end onboarding process and
information.
• Maintain document flow and their storage (hardcopy and softcopy)
for easy processing and proper storing.
• Monitor and track onboarding flow between process.
• Record and communicate to relevant parties if there is any issue in
the process.
• Accurate and timely process data for system mass uploading.

7. Contract Measurement Analyst

➢ Job Summary
Administer, evaluate, and verify contract measurement or progress claim,
assist contract management supervisor to analyze and verify contract
invoice and deliverables regarding to contractor performance to ensure
compliance with contract scope of work, actual condition, and contract
pricing schedule

➢ Main Accountabilities
• Perform verification of contract measurement process to generate
accurate invoice and SES value
• Ensure to avoid loss value by mitigate risk of inaccurate invoice
calculations method against contract document.
• Manage document tracking and data lakes of contract measurement
process.
• Implement integrated contract management diagnostic activities with
project control to ensure contractors deliverables.
• Develop comprehensive report related to contract measurement
method and contractors performance.
• Ensure implementation of contract sanction and disciplinary to
contractors and validate contract violation occur.
• Verify supporting document required for invoicing process.
• Ensure value to be invoice aligned with contract KPI defined
• Ensure contractor performance deliverables comply with scope of
work, actual condition and contract pricing schedule

➢ Requirements
• Education (Undergraduate degree)
• Experience (18 – 24 months).
• Contract management specialist (Preferred)

• Understanding of contract pricing schedule
• Proficient in MS Office; including Ms. Visio and Ms. Excel Macro is a plus

8. QC Civil & Structural

➢ Job Summary
To control the quality of Civil work carried out by the Contractor or carried
out by Contractor. Including supporting business improvement and
technical advisors including update SOP & Provide new SOP for new hand
tools and others.

➢ Main Accountabilities
• Implementing Environment, Health, Safety, and Risk (EHSR) standards
and regulations by ensuring work environment conditions, equipment,
materials, methods, worker behavior, and 5S under area responsibility
with the aim of minimizing risk, achieving safe and secure conditions
(Zero Harm), clean environment, and achieved work productivity
targets.
• Arrange, review, collect, understand and apply the quality standards
of Civil work in accordance with the standards of PTVI.
• Create and implement a QA / QC program for Civil work work under
the coordination of the PTVI Construction Services Department to
maintain the quality of work results both in the construction process
and the results.
• Monitor the performance (performance) of the quality of Civil work
construction work based on the QA / QC program by systematically
conducting inspections and tests in accordance with work steps to
achieve quality work in accordance with specifications and standards.
Able to provide technical analysis of matters relating to mechanical
construction work.
• Technical Advisor, constructability review Civil work, work method 6.
Arranging training programs for Civil work and safety construction
disciplines related to Civil work including acting as instructors in
workshops in the field of construction work in an effort to get a solid
mechanical construction team with high technical and safety skills. 7.
Review the constructability aspects of Civil work packages before the
construction phase. 8. Creating a construction method for Civil work as
part of continuous improvement with the goal is the achievement of
safe and effective work execution to achieve time and cost targets.

➢ Job Summary

• Arrange, review, collect, understand and apply the quality standards
of Electrical & Instrument work in accordance with the standards of
PTVI.
• Create and implement a QA / QC program for Electrical & Instrument
work under the coordination of the PTVI Construction Services
Department to maintain the quality of work results both in the
construction process and the results.
• Monitor the performance (performance) of the quality of Electrical &
Instrument work construction work based on the QA / QC program by
systematically conducting inspections and tests in accordance with

To Assist project to do project administration and filing system, invoice/claim
processing and recording, provide and arrange volunteer or secondee required
by project, special administration and secretarial works for project assigned to
this position to produce accurate and up to date information management
report.

• Creating and implement specific project administration and filing system for
project based on project characteristic to make all files or documents easy
and fast to find whenever required.
• Check quantity claimed, make a record of progress claims, check all claims
against contract document / variation order / legal and written site
instructions, invoice processing based on PTVI procedure, to make sure that
invoice / claim paid as is.
• Assist Project Manager for administration procedure and any improper
invoice/claims to properly administer and stored.
• Provide Contractor's Manpower report on a weekly, monthly and yearly basis.
Analyze it weekly for Management report i.e: cooperate with Project
Manager to justify and provide reason for the changes of contractor’s
manpower increasing or decreasing comparing with previous week.
• Arrange and provide administration additional manpower required by
project and travel and accommodation for project team and project’s
visitors to properly administer.
• Arrange and provide all office equipment’s (hardware & software) and office
supplies required by Project Manager and Project Members are complete
and well done.
• Arrange and make sure that all project members especially who recruited as
secondee or volunteer fulfill all PTVI working conditions i.e. badge number,
GIP, safety equipment.
• Create and submit monthly report to Project Manager for claim/invoice
progress to make an analysis and comparison between Physical Progress,
Payment Progress, and Commitment Progress.
