TITLE: REFLECTION FOR DAY 1 ( FEBRUARY 24, 2024)

TOPIC: EDUCATIONAL PLANNING

LEARNINGS

MEANING:

The meaning of the Parable of the Ten Virgins is our reminder to be prepared for the
unexpected second coming of Christ, when we will face eternal judgment. The wise
are prepared and ready for Christ’s return.

The lesson we can learn in parable are PREPARATION & READINESS.

IMPRESSIONS:

WHAT IT MEANS IN MY FIELD OF WORK:

EDUCATIONAL PLANNING in my field of work. As a teacher, preparation and

planning are a big part of effectively teaching my students. Teaching is not
something you can make effective with quick planning. It requires a healthy
integration of content knowledge, and teaching strategies, and classroom
management tactics. Preparation and planning play an important role in the
development of these things. The lack of it will lead to failure, and students will not
learn much if their teacher also has no idea of what he is teaching. When teachers ,
like me have a well-planned education system to follow, it can help
them be more effective in the classroom. By knowing what the goals and
objectives are, teachers can better prepare their lessons and activities. This
can lead to better student outcomes.

WHAT IT MEANS TO ME PERSONALLY:

For me, Educational Planning contributes to better Teaching and

Learning, such as it can Ensures that all students have access to quality education,
Helps identify areas where improvements are needed, Allows for flexibility in the
classroom, Helps teachers be more effective, Makes schools more efficient. Finally,
educational planning can help students reach their full potential by providing quality
education and ensuring that all students have access to it, it can help students reach
their goals and succeed in life. These benefits can help me see the importance of
educational planning in
schools.

CONCLUDING STATEMENT:

As you can see, educational planning is a crucial part of providing

quality education. By setting goals and objectives, determining resources, creating a
timeline, and implementing our plan, we can ensure that our students receive the
