business. As the project progresses, follow-up interviews and communications will be
carried out if necessary.

target clients? What essential adjustments do Company A need to make accordingly?


6. What are Company A’s key competitors? Which two successful companies would you

choose to benchmark with? What are company A’s strength and weakness comparing

to these companies?
7. In your opinion, what are the core strengths that empower Company A’s rapid growth
