3. What are General Defenses / Justifications in an action for Tort. Explain
with exceptions and appropriate case laws
4. Explain Torts against Persons and Torts against Property in detail.
5. What are the liabilities for unintentional tort? Explain with the help of
the provisions laid down under ‘Motor Vehicle Act’
6. Explain in brief application of law of Consumer with the help of the
different provisions, constitution of consumer court and remedies
available under law of Consumer protection Act. 2019
