Loch Ness Monster

Tales concerning the Loch Ness Monster are legendary. None of these tales have ever
been proven, but a lot of people still maintain that "Nessic" does exist. The "Nessic" experts
who say they have actually seen the creature believe that it is an evolved species of the long-
neck plesiosaurus. They say the features of the two are very similar-a flat head, a wide mouth, a
long unusual neck, a very large body, and large strange paddle-like feet. They feel strongly that
such a creature can still exist. They point out that there are other survivors from the dinosaur
days like turtles, crocodiles, and some lizards whose looks have changed very little. They say
that the Loch would be an excellent home for such a creature. They feel that the monster
probably made its way into the ancient waters thousands of years ago. The "Nessic" experts
hope to show that the creature does exist, but they are very concerned about what will happen
to "Nessie" when people know a creature like that really does exist. They are sure the legendary
Loch Ness Monster will desperately need our protection.
