The Heart of the School

We form the beating heart of the school through creating a space and time into which our love can flow and become
knowledge.

We nourish the beating heart of the school through the openness of our own hearts. Our experiences, our questions,
our challenges, our joys must be allowed to flow freely from us, and we must be equally open to allow those of
others to flow into us.

To do this we form a circle with its centre at the periphery. From this centre flows the spiritual love that sustains us
and forms shared knowledge between us. Every individual will become this centre at times. What comes from them
is relevant for all, because it shapes the entire circle.

Courage is strengthened and held in this circle. It is the courage to speak from our depths. It is the courage to receive
from the heights. It is the courage to bring the light that is kindled into form.

We will know this works when everyone is interested. This interest is the circle. It is what happens when we live
within each other: every part becomes the whole and the whole becomes every part.

Interest becomes the vessel through which spiritual knowledge flows back to us.

This wisdom guides what is founded through love and becomes meaningful deeds in our school.

Only when an idea moves from the head to the heart does it become social.

Only when an idea becomes our ideal will it bring life and healing.

Only through love for the deed can truth be found.
